How do I change my payment method?
You can change your payment method through your Sunscription account.
To update your payment method:
- Log into your Sunscription account at dashboard.us-solar.com.
- Under the Accounts and Payment Information section, click on the account you’d like to change the payment method for.
- Most people have one or maybe two separate accounts (or electric meters subscribed to a Solar Garden). Accounts are either named Last Name_Street Address, or First Name(s)_Last Name.
- When the new window appears, click the Change Payment Method button on the left-hand side.
- Select if you’d like to use a bank or credit card and fill in your payment information.
