Sharing your Xcel Energy electric bill

This article is for Xcel Energy electric customers 
Whether you want to review a personalized Sunscription proposal or need to move an existing Sunscription to your new home, sharing your electric utility account information is simple. Sharing basic account and usage information allows us to activate your Sunscription at your address and size your subscription appropriately to maximize your benefits.

  1. Login to your Xcel Energy account.

  2. Download your most recent electric bill. On the right hand side of your screen, click DOWNLOAD STATEMENT.

  3. Share your bill with US Solar.

    1. If you're working with our Sales team, email us at community@us-solar.com and attach your downloaded bill. If you're a current customer working with our Support team, you can email us at support@us-solar.com. 
    2. If you do not receive electronic statements from Xcel Energy, take a photo of your paper electric bill instead and email it to us.
