Messages regarding your Sunscription, subscription statements, and customer support are sent from support@us-solar.com and dashboard@us-solar.com. We recommend you add both of these email addresses to your email provider's contacts / address book to ensure delivery (see here for gmail instructions and outlook instructions).

It is possible that emails from US Solar may be routed to specific folders in your email instead of your Inbox.
