Sign-up bonuses
Each Community Solar Garden developed by US Solar has a different demand and capacity for subscribers. And each Solar Garden has a different timeframe over which subscribers are able to join. If you are exploring a subscription at a Garden with very high demand, or with several months before it is slated to come online, there may be no signup bonus available. However, in many cases, we like to offer signup bonuses to encourage community members to reserve their spot in the project in advance. When you are subscribing, make sure to ask your US Solar representative if there are signup bonuses available. If a signup bonus is available, we will automatically provide it to you upon
completing the signup process.
Referral bonuses
While we may not always have sign-up bonuses available, we are always offering referral bonuses! If you know someone who is interested in a Solar Garden, and you refer them to US Solar, and they successfully sign up; you will qualify for a referral bonus. Referral bonus amounts fluctuate based on demand and subscription time frame, so make sure to ask your US Solar representative what is available at any given time.
There are two ways to make sure your referral is accounted for. If one of these does not occur, there is no way for our team to know you referred the new subscriber.
- You invite your friend from your Sunscription Dashboard – Log in to your Sunscription Dashboard. Click the Refer a Friend button on the right-hand side of your Dashboard. Record their first and last name, their email, and your name; then click submit. Once they complete their signup process, you will be awarded a referral bonus.
- Your friend lists you as their referrer as they begin the signup process – When your friend begins the signup process and submits their information to US Solar via our sign-up form to validate their eligibility, they have the option to mention a referring friend. If you are speaking with a friend about subscribing and they express interest, make sure that you let them know to list you as their referrer when they sign up.
